Please send your child with a water bottle, sunscreen, a hat for outdoor activities, and a packed lunch and snack.
Your child should wear suitable clothing for outdoor and messy activities. Flip flops or slippers are not allowed.

No, the use of technology, including electronic devices, is prohibited during camp. We encourage a screen-free environment to enhance the hands-on and interactive nature of our activities.

No, Victory Creative Learning is not a licensed childcare provider, and, as such, does not accept Child Care Subsidies (CCS). We DO accept Military Child Care Aware and PDSES.

Emergency Situations: For cancellations made less than 30 days before the camp start date up to 14 days before camp due to a documented emergency (e.g., illness, family emergency), families may request:
A 50% refund upon submission of supporting documentation.
Examples of acceptable documentation include:
A doctor’s note for medical-related issues.
Proof of a family emergency, such as an obituary or other relevant paperwork.
Requests for emergency credits or refunds must be submitted within 14 days of the camp start date.
If Victory Private School Cancels:
If Victory Creative Learning cancels a camp due to low enrollment or emergency purposes, families will receive a 100% refund minus any processing fees.
How to Cancel: To cancel your registration, email us at support@victorycreativelearning.cominfo@victorycreativelearning.com with your child’s name, camp session details, and the reason for cancellation. For emergency cancellations, please include the required documentation with your request.
