Kendra Eboigbodin, M.Ed., is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Victory Creative Learning LLC and Victory Private School. She is an experienced educator, counselor, and organizational development facilitator with more than two decades of leadership in education, special programs, and student support services.

Her work focuses on strengthening organizational culture, improving communication practices, and supporting leadership development through training and facilitation grounded in restorative practices, trauma-informed approaches, and applied behavioral strategies. She specializes in helping schools, public agencies, and community organizations build environments that promote trust, accountability, effective decision-making, and improved outcomes for both staff and the populations they serve.

Kendra is the creator of the Care-Centered Framework, a professional development model designed to enhance relational capacity within organizations by addressing communication patterns, conflict resolution, bias-aware decision-making, and systems that impact engagement and belonging. Her approach integrates evidence-informed practices with practical tools that support real-world application in professional settings.

She has extensive experience designing and delivering professional learning for educators, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams, with a strong emphasis on facilitating meaningful dialogue around challenging topics, improving organizational effectiveness, and supporting sustainable culture change.

Through her consulting, training, and coaching work, Kendra partners with organizations to strengthen leadership capacity, enhance service delivery, and build environments where individuals and teams can thrive.
