Kendra Eboigbodin, M.Ed., is the founder and CEO of Victory Creative Learning and Victory Private School, a culturally affirming microschool serving PreK-5 students and homeschoolers. With over 20 years of experience in education, counseling, and program leadership, Kendra is a dynamic speaker, master trainer, and learning specialist known for transforming educational and personal development spaces with empathy, insight, and impact.

A nationally recognized trainer and six-time author, Kendra brings deep expertise in special education, restorative practices, childhood trauma and resilience, and culturally responsive teaching. Her background as a special education teacher, school counselor, and administrator gives her a unique, well-rounded perspective on the needs of diverse learners and the educators who serve them.

Kendra’s speaking and training engagements center on creating emotionally safe, inclusive, and academically rigorous environments, especially for neurodivergent students, at-risk youth, and individuals recovering from trauma. Through her engaging keynote presentations and hands-on workshops, she equips educators, families, and organizations with tools to nurture healing, equity, and excellence.
