Program Tuition / Month
K–6th Grade $875/month
K-5th Grade (3-Day Program) $600/month
Preschool (8:30 - 3:00) $775/month
Registration Fees:
Application Fee: $75 ( $50 for each additional sibling )
Curriculum & Enrichment Fee: $150 per student
Fees are non-refundable and applied per student

PROGRAM INFORMATION
Both our 3-day and 5-day programs are fully-accredited, structured, curriculum-based learning environments with consistent academic expectations.
Enrollment in the 3-day program is limited to ensure instructional quality and appropriate class size balance.
Families choosing the 3-day program who do not participate in teacher-led instruction on non-attendance days will be required to submit a homeschool notification in accordance with Texas state guidelines.
TUITION ASSISTANCE & FUNDING OPTIONS
We understand that families may seek financial support options.
Eligible families may qualify for assistance through programs such as:
Child Care Aware (Military Families)
Folds of Honor (Military Families)
ACE Scholarships (Income-based eligibility; deadline April 15, 2026)
Texas Education Freedom Account (TEFA)
TEXAS EDUCATION FREEDOM ACCOUNT (TEFA)
Victory Private School is an approved vendor for the Texas Education Freedom Account (TEFA) program.
Eligible families may apply TEFA funds toward tuition and approved educational expenses.
Any remaining balance not covered by TEFA funding is the responsibility of the parent or guardian.
IMPORTANT NOTE
At this time, we do not offer additional internal scholarships or financial aid programs outside of the resources listed above.
ENROLLMENT PROCESS
1. SCHEDULE A TOUR OR CONSULTATION
Meet our team, explore our learning environment, and discuss your child’s needs.
2. SUBMIT APPLICATION
Complete the enrollment application and submit the registration fee via invoice or online portal.
3. ORIENTATION & INTRO SESSION
Meet with leadership to review expectations and participate in an optional “Learn & Discover” student experience day.
4. ENROLLMENT CONFIRMATION
Receive your tuition invoice, welcome email, and begin your child’s personalized learning plan within the first two weeks.
