Steps to Enrollment
1. Book a Tour or Call
Meet our team, explore our learning labs, and share your goals for your child’s education. Book a tour.
2. Submit Your Application
Complete the online enrollment packet, select your enrollment program, and submit the application fee.
2. Family Interview & Optional Learning Day
Connect with our director along with your child to review partnership expectations and discuss your child’s needs. Your child can also join us for a fun “Learn & Discover” morning to experience Victory firsthand.
4. Welcome & Prepare for Personalized Learning
Once enrolled, you’ll receive your welcome email and tuition invoice. We’ll begin building your child’s personalized academic plan based on placement assessment and observations during their first week with us.
Victory Enrollment Fees Overview (2025–2026)
Victory Private School & Homeschool Hybrid in Killeen, TX is an independent private school which offers both full-time enrollment and part-time options for non-traditional students and homeschoolers ages 5 - 12.
K-6th Grade Tuition Rates:
3 Day: $675/month
5 Day Full Week: $875/month
The 5-day learning experience offers the most supports and best student outcomes.
Preschool 3 & 4 Tuition Rates
8:30 am - 3:00 pm - $775/month

Materials & Supply Fee

Your Enrollment Fee helps us provide hands-on materials, digital resource access, cultural curriculum tools, STEM resources, and creative learning experiences.
Registration fees are applied per student and non-refundable.
Tuition Assistance
Scholarships Programs: Military families may qualify for tuition assistance through programs such as Child Care Aware or Folds of Honor. Families with financial need may qualify for ACE Scholarships.
At this time we do not offer any additional scholarships or financial aid programs.
