Does Your Child Struggle With Reading, Sounding Out Words, or Reading Confidence?
If your child feels frustrated during reading or has not made enough progress with traditional tutoring, they may need a more structured approach.

Phonemic awareness
Decoding
Fluency
Vocabulary
Comprehension
Reading confidence
Designed for struggling readers, homeschool students, and neurodivergent learners who benefit from structured, systematic support.
What Makes Our Program Different
At Victory Creative Learning, we do more than provide tutoring. We provide targeted literacy intervention designed to help students build foundational skills, confidence, and long-term reading success.
Instruction includes:
Structured literacy intervention
Skill-based placement
Progress monitoring
Small group support (2–4 students)
Online intervention classes available nationwide
In-person classes available in select locations
Our programs are led by trained educators using research-based literacy practices designed to help students become more confident, independent readers.
The Victory Reading Pathway™
The Victory Reading Pathway™ is our structured literacy framework designed to help struggling readers make meaningful progress through targeted, skill-based instruction.
Students are placed based on current reading ability — not grade level — and move through carefully designed learning pathways focused on decoding, fluency, comprehension, and written expression.
The Four Reading Pathways
Cycle 1: Foundations of Word Reading
Builds foundational decoding skills, phonics accuracy, and reading confidence.
Cycle 2: Expanding & Stabilizing Decoding
Strengthens fluency, automatic word recognition, and advanced decoding skills.
Cycle 3: Advanced Word Analysis
Develops multisyllabic decoding, morphology, spelling connections, and vocabulary.
Cycle 4: Comprehension & Writing Bridge
Applies reading skills to comprehension, writing, and academic confidence.
Each cycle is designed to provide measurable growth, individualized support, and a clear pathway toward confident, independent reading.
