Spring Break & Summer Break Camp Themes 2024

At Victory Creative Learning, we prioritize a safe and nurturing environment, allowing your child to thrive within an exclusive group of 20 children. Through S.T.E.M. exploration, artistic expression, and outdoor adventures, we guarantee an enriching experience. Secure your child’s spot for a summer of learning, laughter, and lasting memories.

Camp Details:

Times: Full-day: 8:30 am - 3:30 pm and Half-day: 8:30 am - 12:30 pm

Extended Hours: 7:30 am - 5:00 pm (Additional fee)

Weekly Fee: $195/week

Half-Day Week: $145/week

Summer Session Fee: $750 per 4 week session

Participants will need to bring lunch, snacks, and a water bottle.

Victory Creative Learning Summer Camp FAQs

  • The camp is situated at 508 N. Gray Street, Killeen, TX, at Victory Creative Learning. Our camp space is located upstairs in the Rivers of Living Waters Church building. It's important to note that while we partner to lease space from the Rivers of Living Water Church, Victory Creative Learning is a separate entity and not affiliated or owned by the organization.

  • Your child will need to bring a packed lunch and snacks for each day, a water bottle, and wear clothing suitable for outdoor activities.

  • No, the use of technology, including cell phones and electronic devices, is prohibited during camp. Cell phones must be put away during all times. Victory Creative Learning will not be held responsible for lost or damaged technology brought to camp. We encourage a screen-free environment to enhance the hands-on and interactive nature of our activities.

  • No, Victory Creative Learning is not a licensed childcare provider, and, as such, does not accept Child Care Subsidies (CCS).

    We are an approved SSES vendor. We can issue an invoice for billing through Class Wallet.

    Military families may qualify for payment assistance.

  • Yes, we welcome children with special needs. We are committed to creating an inclusive environment. However, there are specific requirements for attending camp:

    Full Potty Training: Children attending camp should be fully potty trained to ensure a positive and hygienic camp experience.

    Social Interaction: Participants must be able to interact appropriately with both adults and peers, fostering a positive and inclusive camp environment.

    Neurodivergent Learners: We welcome neurodivergent learners and are dedicated to accommodating their unique needs. Prior to registration, a phone call is required to discuss and confirm that we can provide suitable support for their learning.

  • Themed Activities: Throughout the day, students engage in 3 themed activities. In addition, they participate in outdoor activities, art, games, free-choice, and socialization with friends.

    Lunch: Students eat lunch around 11:45 am followed by free choice or a sensory break.

    Snack: Students eat a morning snack around 10:00 am and an afternoon snack brought from home around 2:30 pm.

    Sensory Break Areas: We provide sensory break areas for children who may require periods of quiet time, ensuring a supportive and comfortable environment for all participants.
